Fundamentals of Project Coordination

(On-line Education) Project Coordination is critical regardless of the size of your project. In this course, students will learn from industry experts how to coordinate their project requirements with other divisions, how to conduct important meetings, how to read templates and so much more.

After participating in this session, attendees should be able to:

1. Recognize the importance of coordination amongst trades on a commercial construction project.
2. Interpret the contract document requirements for trade coordination.
3. Create submission packages for use during coordination meetings.
4. Prepare and participate in organized project coordination meetings such as: key conference, electrified hardware, access control, and pre-installation meetings.

Join our DOIT instructors, Russ Hooker, Lee Garver and Rodney Weaver for this on-line instructor led virtual training course on two Tuesday's this December.

Course dates and times:

December 6th - 1 pm to 5 pm Eastern.

December 13th - 1 pm to 5 pm Eastern.

Students must attend both sessions to receive certificate of completion.
