CERTIFICATION EXAM POLICY: Examinees must achieve a score of 80% or greater to be awarded certification. Certifications require renewal three years from the date of receipt of the certificate. 20 hours of continuing education is required for renewal. In the event a passing score is not achieved, the certification exam may be retaken after a 30-day waiting period. A fee of $300 will apply for retakes. |
