Fundamentals of Project Coordination

(1-day program) Project Coordination is critical regardless of the size of your project. In this course, students will learn from industry experts how to coordinate their project requirements with other divisions, how to conduct important meetings, how to read templates and so much more.

After participating in this session, attendees should be able to:

1. Recognize the importance of coordination amongst trades on a commercial construction project.
2. Interpret the contract document requirements for trade coordination.
3. Create submission packages for use during coordination meetings.
4. Prepare and participate in organized project coordination meetings such as: key conference, electrified hardware, access control, and pre-installation meetings.

Course cost includes breakfast, lunch and morning/afternoon snack the day of class.
